We had a fight (don't remember what about) during the time we were writing out wedding invitations and I tossed the address book at him and told him he could let everybody know that the wedding was off. We laugh about it now, but we were so angry that day! The first two years of our marriage we got a lot of stuff "out of the way" because we worked the same shift at work, had the same days off, and therefore were together 24 hours a day...grocery shopping, etc. I'm not a morning person, but I try to arise each morning asking myself "How can I bless my husband today?" Not much conflict in the areas of interest or hobbies...we have our differences, but communication is key. In our marriage it has been Jesus Christ. He is why we've been able to see how we complete one another. Sometimes we need to look really hard to see it, but we always find one another's hearts again when we are determined to communicate.
